The Butterfly Box

We hope that you love our boxes! Unfortnately, returns will not be accepted; however in the event your box has been damaged during the shipping process, please notify us via email.

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible within 3-7 business days after ordering.  Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated email confirming your order with your tracking information for your order and tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.  UPS shipping normally delivers within 3-5 business days.

Please review and confirm your mailing address prior to submitting your order at check-out.  If you need to change your address please email us at the healingjourneybox@gmail.com as soon as possible.  Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and no holidays and cannot be changed or canceled after being placed.
